At Petree Arbor we follow all the ANSI A300 standards. These are guidelines put out by the tree industry for proper tree care practices. Proper pruning is essential in developing a tree with a strong structure and desirable form.
Since 2005, Brad Petree, Owner of Petree Arbor Lawn & Landscape, along with his crew, has had the opportunity to help clean-up several natural disasters.
The first clean up was in Lake Charles, LA, where in September of 2005, Hurricane Rita had come in with gusto and left sufficient damage in her path.
Then at the beginning of 2008 we helped the citizens of Tulsa, Ok clean up their city. President Bush declared a state of emergency for 77 counties hit by a massive Ice Storm.
Toward the end of the 2008 year, Hurricane Ike set his "eye" on Galveston, Texas. Our crew stayed some 20 odd days working in San Leon, Bacliff, and Kemah.
In May of 2009 we went to Carbondale, IL. They had a strong storm that may have involved a tornado. 100 mph winds were reported and lots of damage was left behind.
2010 has taken us to Nashville, TN. Nashville experienced "1000 year floods". In Nashville, we were able to stay about a week and help remove debris from this area.
It is very difficult to go to these hard-hit areas and see people's lives, homes, and businesses destroyed. We hope when we travel to help clean-up these natural disasters, we make a difference not only in the city we work, but in the lives we touch along the way.
“Thanks so much for your prompt and efficient service in removing a falling tree from my garage last month. You made a special effort to get started on it before I experienced any further water damage.”
